Black Faculty and Staff Association

The purpose of this organization is to provide a forum/format for University employees of African heritage to meet and share mutual concerns, issues and ideas of particular relevance to the University at Albany African heritage community; to provide support and guidance for each other and assume a leadership role in addressing issues relative to the quality of University life for African heritage employees and students. When deemed appropriate, the Association will provide assistance to campus organizations representing other communities in need of support.
